TRAIL-LINK’s electrical suzis are produced from high quality polyurethane, selected for its unbeatable wear-and-tear resistance. Our coils are weather, oil, grease, abrasion and UV resistant and have excellent recoil memory to reduce sag.
TRAIL-LINK commonly manufactures two types of 7Pin plugs for the Australian sector:
• DIN plugs: These refer to the common 7Pin round plugs (aka “light duty”), which conform to the ISO 1724/DIN 72577 standards. These plugs are wired to the Australian wiring diagram referred to as “AUS WIRING” and are compliant on all pre-existing vehicles under ADR 42/04.
• SAE/EURO plugs: These refer to the Euro “heavy duty” 7Pin plugs, which conform to SAE J560/ISO 1185 standards. These plugs are wired to the Australian wiring standard “HEAVY DUTY WIRING (AS 4735)” and comply to the ADR 42/05 and ADR 42/04.
During production all components and completed units are tested to ensure faultless function and quality. Our electrical suzis offer the ideal PLUG-IN & GO solution for any prime mover/trailer combination. The working lengths of the suzis range from 1.7m to 4.6m. Custom configurations are possible.
